Information you submit
When you use an UrbanX inquiry form, we may collect your name, business email, company, phone number, buyer type, model and color interest, quantity, intended application and message. We also record the page and campaign parameters connected to the submission so we can understand where the inquiry originated.
How the information is used
UrbanX uses submitted information to confirm current vehicle availability, answer product questions and follow up about the requested order or future platform. Each inquiry is routed internally to the UrbanX U.S. follow-up team.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and form verification. Form data may pass through the configured inquiry-delivery service solely to route the request to the UrbanX U.S. follow-up team.
Security and retention
UrbanX limits the form to the information needed for a product inquiry and uses an automated security check to reduce spam. Inquiry records may be retained for follow-up, customer service and business recordkeeping. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask UrbanX to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing ding@urbanxev.com. Please include enough information for the team to locate the inquiry.
